\u201cMost consumers (87%) believe <\/em>owning a home is important to \u2018live the good life.\u2019<\/em><\/strong> . . . Notably, significantly more see <\/em>\u2018having less stress\u2019 as a benefit achieved by owning <\/em><\/strong>than renting.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Especially today, this could be because, when you own a home with a fixed-rate mortgage, you stabilize<\/a> what\u2019s likely your largest monthly expense (your housing cost), and that helps combat the impact of rising costs from inflation<\/a>.<\/p>\n
