Recently, <em>Freddie Mac<\/em> released their quarterly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freddiemac.com\/blog\/research_and_analysis\/20210125_what_will_2021_bring_for_housing.page?\">forecast<\/a>, noting:<span id=\"more-43883\"><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cThe average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage hit a record low over a dozen times in 2020 and <strong>the low interest rate environment is projected to continue through this year. <\/strong>We expect interest rates to average below 3% through the end of 2021.
