Each January,&nbsp;<\/span><b style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: left;\">BCPA&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-family: &quot;arial&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">mails a Homestead Exemption Renewal Receipt and Change Order to all Homesteaded properties. This document allows property owners to verify that the status, use, and ownership of the property has not changed.
